Salinas, CA (RestaurantNews.com) In 2015, the Straw Hat Pizza located at 156 E. Laurel Drive was turned into a different brand. In 2021 Straw Hat Pizza was excited to return to Salinas to the location at 1341 N. Main St. As fate would have it, the former location on E. Laurel Drive became available allowing the current location to relocate to the former and larger site. These locations are independently operated by owner Satwinder Sadhra.
The new location at 156 E. Laurel Drive has a large dining room and space for multiple teams or birthday parties. It has a fresh salad bar and from Monday-Friday also has a lunch buffet. The owner has completely remodeled the dining room. He also added 12 big screen TVs for customers to enjoy sports and other programing. It also has a large arcade for the kids (and adults too!)
“We were really sad back in 2015 when this location was sold and went independent. It is exciting the local owner, Satwinder, was able to relocate back to it and has invested a lot in the location to make it better than ever!
